Almost all the organizations in the world are running their business to produce earnings as it is critical for the endurance and progression of industry. Profit making should be observed as the core objective of business unit. Sometimes for the sake of maximum revenue/income, the entrepreneur may exploit the employee by remunerating less and can feat the buyers by providing them low quality products. In contrast to that, Deming is strictly against this philosophy that business should exist simply for profit.
