"Crown Motor Company has launched a new car in market that faced the problem of fuel tank explosion at a speed of 120KM/HR and a lot of casualties were reported due to the same problem. The company got two choices. Either to call back the cars delivered in the market to repair and fix the problem or simply pay the compensation charges which were low as compared to the charges of fixing the problem.

According to my point of view compny should take back all faaluty cars because we cannot justify a human life against profit. At other hand if we will take it back it will enhance customer loylty to ward our compny in result we we earn high profit in long term
